No Vegfest for 2007: The committee to organize Vegfest has decided that our limited resources this year will be best utilized by concentrating on regular, grassroots outreach and that we have chosen to postpone Vegfest for a future year. We welcome volunteers to participate in outreach and organizing.

Whether you love live music, fun in the sun and protecting animals, or if you just want to enjoy playing on the bounce slide and house and get your face painted, then join thousands of others for a day of fun and excitement at Salt Lake City's downtown public library plaza this Earth Day!
There will be plenty of games and prizes, Utah's most talented live performers, family films, speakers from around the country, dozens of non-profit organizations and plenty of free, animal-friendly food. So look around this site and remember tell your friends and family to reserve Saturday, April 22nd for VegFest 2006! What better way to celebrate Earth Day?
